Directions to Our Office
The office is approximately ¼ of a mile from Exit 4 off of I-675. You’ll need to take Exit 4 if you’re going south on 675 and Exit 4B if you’re going north. It is directly across Loop Road from the historic Cross Pointe Shopping Center near Fortis College. We’re right next door to the Alex Bell Veterinary clinic, in front of the Interstate Executive Center. The office complex is known as the Interstate Executive Center. When entering the complex’s parking lot, make a right turn, and we are the last door on the left before you turn again. Ample parking is available at the end of Loop Rd. near Rt. 48/Far Hills. We are located on the second floor, and access to this office requires the use of our stairway.

Local Information
While you are in the area, stop for some shopping. The Cross Point Shopping Center is one of the oldest shopping centers in the state, and it is anchored by Earth Fare and Bed Bath & Beyond. Dayton’s only Woodcraft is also located at this shopping center. Another shopping center, Washington Square, is located just north of Cross Point Shopping Center on Far Hills Avenue/State Route 48. This complex is anchored by Dorothy Lane Market.
Feel free to explore the City of Centerville’s Architectural Preservation District as well. Founded in 1796, Centerville is home to Ohio’s largest collection of early stone buildings. This district stretches from Zengel Drive on State Route 48 south until Benzell Drive, and from Gorshwin Drive on State Route 725 east to Cemetary Drive on East Franklin Street. The heart of this district is called the Centerville Historic District. A walking tour map of this district is available through the Centerville-Washington Township Historical Society. A list of Centerville’s historic homes is also available. Many of these homes are also listed in the national Register of Historic Places.
If you happen to be in Centerville around the Fourth of July, stay for the annual Americana Festival held in downtown Centerville by the Americana Music Association. This festival attracts thousands and features a large parade, street fair, and fireworks.
